Our unique approach to streetscape
design begins with a detailed inventory and analysis of the study area to
identify the key elements that compose the community's distinct
character. By keying off of these essentials, whether historical,
natural/environmental, or social, our team develops a revitalization or
beautification program to fit the community's character, conditions and
budget. Our hands-on approach begins with a series of community
meetings with officials and residents which leads first to conceptual design,
and then to an overall master plan. Final construction drawings and
specifications suitable for bidding may also be produced. |
