Craig
Cawrse, FASLA
Craig
Cawrse is CEO and principal landscape architect for Cawrse & Associates, Inc. He has
diverse experience that includes land planning and park design, golf
course communities, multi-family housing developments, urban design, and
commercial design. Craig is
also an active community member and is currently the
Consulting Landscape Architect to the City of Solon, the President of the
Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce and a Board Member of Scenic Ohio.
He is a member of The Ohio State University Department of Landscape
Architecture Curriculum Advisory Board, and is an expert and speaker on open space
conservation development. He is also a member of the Smart
Growth Education Foundation (SGEF) of the Cleveland HBA and serves as one
of their speakers on Smart Growth Issues.
For the past few years he
has been one of the
site plan reviewers at the NAHB plan
review session. In 2005,
Craig was elected to the ASLA Council of Fellows for his Service to

Dale
Burrier, ASLA
Dale
Burrier is President and a principal landscape architect with Cawrse &
Associates, Inc. A graduate
of The Ohio State University, Dale joined the firm in 1984.
He is currently registered in Ohio, Virginia and Michigan.
Other professional affiliations include the Ohio and National
Chapters of ASLA, ULI, NAHB, and the Council of Landscape Architectural
Registration Board. Dale has
25 years experience in land planning, construction specification writing,

Richard
Washington, ASLA
Richard is a principal landscape architect and senior designer who has
been with Cawrse & Associates, Inc. since 1993. Richard graduated from
The Ohio State University and is currently registered in Ohio and New
York. Richard’s work areas include
construction contract management, residential land planning, park and
public facilities design, and he has been extensively involved with
Smart Growth conservation development projects.
Richard’s additional responsibilities within the firm include

Carmine
Russo, Jr., ASLA, LEED AP BD+C
Carmine is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
While attending school and after graduation, he was employed by The
EDGE Group in Columbus, Ohio. Carmine
joined the Cawrse & Associates team in 2006 and is involved in an
array of projects. He was a key member of LABASH 2005 Conference at the Knowlton
School of Architecture, and he received the 2005 Faculty Prize as a senior
in the Landscape Architecture program. He currently holds the position of
Treasurer
for the Ohio Chapter of the ASLA. In
2008, Carmine became a LEED Accredited Professional. Email
