Fairwood Glenn Subdivision
Fairwood Glenn is a cluster-housing neighborhood of 24 homes on a 5.7 acre in fill site. We assisted with the zoning and planning approval for this community. The entry design includes a bio-swale along the right side of the entry island to filter the storm water runoff before it enters the retention pond along the main road.
