Richfield Village Streetscape
The Village of Richfield hired us to develop an identity for their historic downtown at the intersection of Brecksville and Streetsboro Roads and to establish a standard for future expansion toward other intersections. First, an inventory analysis of existing conditions was completed. This information combined with streetscape committee input resulted in a Concept Design Development Plan. Following approval, we developed the Master Streetscape Plan. This plan incorporates new street trees, historic lighting, site furnishings, signage, and paving materials. Also included was the redesign of the existing town park, new sidewalks, and new bike lanes.
