Al Lease Park
A 31-acre park site in Kent, Ohio that was formerly a gravel pit. Part of our responsibilities included site and soil analysis, and the development of a Master Plan showing parking, roads, athletic fields, playgrounds, and boardwalks through wetlands. Our scope of services also included coordination with ODNR, the city, construction drawings, specifications, and site inspections.
