CVS Woodmere, Ohio
This site was a redeveloped commercial site, which CVS worked very closely with the City to make it fit within the context of the site, while being sensitive to the adjacent residences. As part of this design, a pocket park was developed with city signage as a gateway to the district. The parking was screened from the street through the use of ornamental fencing and landscaping. We were responsible for preparing all of the preliminary site development plans through to construction documents.
