Central Reserve Life
A $15 million office building located on 15 acres, which is the corporate headquarters of Central Reserve Life Insurance Company. Our services dealt with site improvement drawings which included the grading and storm drainage plan and utility plan, all done in conjunction with a civil engineer. We also developed a master landscape plan, incorporating extensive use of spaded on-site plant materials.
