Shoppes of Solon

We prepared this 110,000 S.F. retail and commercial center site plan on 13 acres with input from the architect.  We did all the initial massing studies, coordinated the zoning review, and assisted in securing the planning approvals.  Final design documents included landscape design, irrigation, site furniture selection, site lighting, and paving patterns.
