Deerfield
Deerfield is a mixed-use development comprising 145 acres in the municipalities of Lorain and Amherst, Ohio. The site contains 189 sublots, 64 townhomes, 32 acres of open space, recreation area and 287,500 square feet of retail space. Rezoned in both cities, the plan provides for a sequential transition from retail, multi-family to single-family residential area using the open space as the transition between differing land uses.
