Auburn Lakes

Our design for this open space community on an 185-acre site in rural Auburn Township emphasized clustering housing, providing walking trails, and integrating open space into the land plan. Facilities include a clubhouse, 12 man-made lakes, a picnic pavilion, hiking trails, tennis courts, chip and put green, two pools, and a beach area. We have coordinated zoning, all site planning, architecture and civil engineering, and assisted in securing county approvals.
