Brandywine Preserve
This fifty-acre site in northeast Ohio was designed as a Planned Residential Development (PRD). The completed project consists of over 150 units of single-family clusters, attached duplex and triplex units. Over half the site includes open space and preserved wetlands. We were involved in the rezoning process, coordinating the wetland delineation and aerial photography, land planning, and working with the architect to develop units that compliment the land plan.
