Outpatient Surgical Center Renovation
New waiting room areas and a large lobby were added to this building, connecting a new entrance to an existing parking garage. We designed a new vehicular and pedestrian drop-off area and extended the drive into the parking garage. Our responsibilities included storm water design, site layout, grading, and landscape design. We also assisted with construction observation and project management.
