Lutheran Hospital
The site for this new building addition and parking lot expansion extends two blocks and included demolition of an existing house, bank building and parking lot, and the relocation of an existing historic house. The site work included two new parking lots and a new drive and drop-off area at the new building addition. Our responsibilities included plans for demolition, site layout, grading, and storm water management and landscape design.
