Mayfield Country Club

We have developed a Master Plan for the area surrounding the clubhouse and revised the 1st tee in coordination with Geoffrey Cornish's conceptual design.  This plan dealt with a new terrace, swimming pool modifications, outdoor eating areas, a relocated 1st tee, cart paths, chip and putt areas, landscaping and parking lot beautification.  As part of Phase I and II of this plan, we have prepared complete construction drawings and bid documents of the pool and terrace areas, cart paths, landscaping and a new golf tee.
