Fox Meadow Golf and Country Club

A 550-acre site located southeast of Medina. We were instrumental in the initial planning of the golf course layout and worked closely with the golf course architect. Our scope of services also included a master plan layout of the golf course with single family and cluster housing. The golf course design was done by Burns Golf Design. We were also involved with amending the existing zoning codes for Montville Township to include cluster housing and reduce lot sizes.
