Like land planning, our approach to
Golf Course Community Planning integrates environmentally sensitive golf
course routing with residential areas to create a unique identity for the
community. Design development must maximize residential frontage,
provide maximum return with the least amount of expense, provide sales
potential, as well as provide a challenging golf course. After we do
the initial community layout, we work closely with the golf course
architect to finalize the plan and ensure the viability of the layout. |
