For
the past twenty-plus years, our design team has been providing award-winning
landscape architectural and land planning services to both private and
public clients throughout the state.
We have been involved in single and multi-family land planning,
healthcare, streetscapes, commercial and
industrial site planning, landscape design, and park planning since 1981
to both public and private clients. Our projects have ranged in size from
single medical buildings to medical campus facilities, 600 acre mixed use developments, 1,800 acre Planned Residential
Developments, to park designs ranging in size from several acres to 300
acres. Our firm has received numerous state and national design awards for
land planning projects and landscape designs. In addition, we have had
extensive involvement with city planning commissions, private
institutions, and other public agencies. We have Landscape Architectural
registration in Ohio, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Kansas,
North Carolina and Tennessee.
Cawrse
& Associates, Inc. has a staff of five
consisting of three registered landscape architects, one landscape designer
and additional support personnel. We also specialize in providing land planning,
site planning, graphic design, and project management. Our firm’s
assets are its ability to work with a design team (planners, architects,
engineers, consultants, etc.), respond and develop the product a client
needs in a timely fashion, while designing within realistic project budgets.
